Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Hybrid – UK (Office, Site, Home)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Are you a commercially focused Handyman / Multi-Trader looking to work across high-impact infrastructure and construction projects?
Our client, a prestigious Construction Company based in Park Royal, London, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to deliver financial oversight, contract administration, and commercial leadership across their expanding portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments across residential and commercial properties
- Complete a range of tasks including carpentry, painting, tiling, plastering, and minor plumbing/electrical work
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring a high-quality finish
- Work independently to complete jobs efficiently and on time
- Maintain tools and materials and ensure a clean, safe working environment
- Deliver professional service with excellent attention to customer needs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Handyman, Multi-Trader, or similar role
- Skilled in multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, minor plumbing)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage own time
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- CSCS card (preferred)
- Ownership of tools (preferred but not essential)
- Vehicle (van or car) for travel to job sites
