Position: Lead Generation and Telemarketing Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Lead Generation and Telemarketing Specialist to join our team remotely. This role is key in driving our growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships. 

Key Responsibilities 

Lead Generation

  • Identify potential clients and target markets through online research and other data sources. 
  • Build and maintain a database of leads, including accurate contact information and client profiles. 
  • Use CRM tools to track and manage leads throughout the sales cycle. 

Telemarketing

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest. 
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with our services. 
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure continuous engagement. 

Communication and Relationship Building

  • Build rapport with clients and address any inquiries or concerns in a professional manner. 
  • Maintain regular communication with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and goals. 

Reporting and Feedback

  • Provide regular reports on lead generation and telemarketing activities, including key performance metrics. 
  • Gather feedback from clients and prospects to improve services and approach. 

Qualifications and Skills 

Essential

  • Proven experience in lead generation and telemarketing (minimum 2 years preferred). 
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and telemarketing software. 
  • Working laptop, power backup, and reliable internet connection. 
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets. 

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (not mandatory). 
  • Knowledge of the construction and engineering sectors (a plus). 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
